I'm the owner of Beachside Wellness - a boutique massage studio in Maroochydore, on the Sunshine Coast.

I’m an experienced massage therapist having worked in health and wellness for over 10 years, in boutique day spas, physiotherapy clinics, pilates studios and at large sporting events including the Noosa Triathlon and ITU World Triathlon on the Gold Coast. 

I love looking after my customers and helping them achieve their health goals. Whether you’re an elite athlete, starting a new fitness program, have a sore lower back due to pregnancy or you really just want some general relaxation, I can design a massage treatment plan just for you.

I offer remedial massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and pregnancy massage, and depending on your requirements, I also offer dry needling, trigger point therapy and cupping at no extra cost. I also offer facials using an Australian owned, organic skincare brand - Perfect Potion. 

I’m a country kid at heart, now loving life on the Sunshine Coast. If I’m not working in the studio, I’m generally on an outdoor adventure with my husband Jeff, spirited daughter Harper and lively dog, Betty. If you see us playing tennis at Cotton Tree or down at the beach, please say hello!
